Samodzielny Księgowy / Księgowa z j. angielskim
Location: Kraków
- Bookkeeping in accordance to Polish accounting policies
- Issue of invoices
- Payment of expenses
- Month end closure and reconciliation
- Payroll, ZUS, VAT and Corporate tax preparation, computation, submission and execution of relevant payments
- Preparation of internal reports for the group’s consolidation purposes
- Communicate with local authorities and external partners whenever required
- Full support of employees with their personal requirements: personal tax, social securities, VAT and other local responsibilities (computations, submissions and payments)
- University degree in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar position with a focus on complicating with local authorities
- Knowledge of Polish VAT, Tax and Payroll legislation
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and GoogleDocs
- Fluency in the English and Polish languages, oral and written, knowledge of Ukrainian/Russian will be considered as an advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Timely completion of all assigned tasks

- Polish resident or legally authorized to work in Poland
